Polyester Filaments:
Polyester Filaments are manufactured in different detexes of 1.4, 1.6, 3.3 and 6 and with different cutting lengths. These products can be sinned unmixed or even mixed with natural filaments in order to produce yarn, and also as raw material for manufacturing unweave and sleep products. These products are produced base on client's needs and criterion of Industrial and Standard Research Institutes and also are supplied with after sales services. Another manufacturability product is Antipil band with the detex of 3.3 which is converted to Tops Polyester. The capacity of producing Polyester fibers is 36000 tons/year.

Polyester yarn:
Polyester yarns are produced in two forms of (Foy) and (Poy). In different detexes and base on market demands. All the yarns are standard and after sales services are provided. (Poy) yarns are used in knitting industries, slip corn, shirting and curtain clothes, women gown and even with sppined & cloth yarns. (Foy) yarns are used in tailoring industries, netting and exquisite fabrics. Production of these products is base on internal & external clients needs and in competing situation this factory possesses a remarkable position in global scale. The capacity of producing polyester yarn is about 21000 tons /year. Primary materials for filaments and polyester yarn are D.M.T & M.E.G which are provided from internal sources. Textiles woven by polyester have special characteristics such as endurance, color stability and nun-crumpling. Both polymeric systems of yarn and polyester are equipped with distributing system (D.C.S) for a better control.

Acrylics:
Considering physical and applicable characteristics, Acrylic filaments are appropriate substitutions for natural wool which is manufactured in tree types of filaments, bands and tops in acrylic factories of 1& 2.

Most of the manufactured products of acrylic factory 1 (with the capacity of 23000 tons) are used in blanketing industries. and Acrylic factory of 2 (which was established with the aim of performing developing designs and providing market designs) is manufacturing necessary filaments for textile industries and machine-made carpets in different deniers from 1.2 up to 15 with different cutting lengths in two types of white or colored & with different transparences: glittering, half opaque and also Tow bands needed in tops acrylic.

Despite the differences in technology of two acrylic factories the primary material for both factories are: Acrylonitrile (AN), Methyl acryl (MA)and Dimethylformamide which are imported from abroad for the lack of internal manufacturing.

Tops:
3.3 detex polyester bands named as Antipil band, often produced by Polyester factory is converted to Tops polyester in tops part. This product is used in manufacturing high quality serge also internal or external acrylic bands are used in knitting. The capacity for tops polyester is 4000 tons and for tops acrylic is 13000 tons a year
