To cater the increasing demand of small order lots for product design, Prashant Group has demonstrated an extension to its product line by Single End Sample Warping Machine model SW-207.
The machine available in 2200 mm working width, suitable for max beam flange dia of 1000 mm, can handle warp length from 7 meters up to 280 meters (depends upon the yarn count / density) from a creel of 8 colours each in stationary and rotary feeders.
The machine can operate warp density from a minimum of 4 ends per cm upto maximum 150 ends per cm; at a speed up to 1000 meters per min for warping and 30 meters per min for beaming operation. The machine is equipped with features like leasing device, belt shift speed control; pneumatic system to avoid yarn slackness during switch over and tension adjustment device. Feeding of warp from Stationary and / or Rotary creel is possible during a single process. The machine is equipped with usual features like automatic stopping device upon completion of the set length as well as to prevent winding of double yarn and mis catching; automatic / manual beam alignment with warp sheet on beaming side etc.
Machine is equipped with operating panel having touch screen to provide production & machine parameters, settings etc.. for warping & beaming. |
