How to Register and Apply for the Booth?

NAMSB WorldSource offers full package booth of size 100 square feet (9.3 meter square). Your booth shall comprise of the following:
: Hardwall dividers
NAMSB WorldSource - NAMSB Fair Booth Arrangement
:: Carpeting in the booth
:: Lighting
:: 1 draped table
:: 4 chairs
:: 2 grids
:: 1 clothing rack
:: Hangers as needed
:: 1 company fascia and sign
:: Facility to use Internet center
:: Use of steamers to remove wrinkles from samples
:: Required insurance
:: The cost of the above booth shall be US$ 3000 only

However if a trade association or agency wishes to Sponsor a Pavilion, and takes 6 booths or more, it will be provided an additional booth for the organizers, at no extra charges.

How to Apply for Visa?

Once you have booked your booth and made necessary payments for the booth, NAMSB WorldSource will issue " A Letter of Invitation" to be submitted with your VISA Application. In addition to issuing the letter of invitation, the organizers will be in contact with the U.S. State Department so that every embassy knows about the NAMSB WorldSource.
