1. BLOWROOM

UNIfloc A 11 – Automatic bale opening

The A 11 takes laydowns of up to 130 bales of raw material in four bale groups on each side of the machine. The swivelling take-off tower on its travelling chassis has an optional device that scans the bale contours, thus ensuring uniform take-off. Efficient cleaning makes small tufts with a large surface a prerequisite. Trash and dust can be gently removed. The A 11 satisfies all these requirements.

Main features:

  • Efficient bale opening
  • 130 bales in four groups i.e. four assortments can be   processed automatically
  • Hazard-free, monitored take-off through safety elements   consist of flaps and self monitoring ultrasonic sensors

    UNIclean B 12 – Intensive precleaning

    UNIclean B 12 – Intensive precleaning

The UNIclean B 12 is an integral part of the cleaning philosophy developed by Rieter, and comes into action as an efficient dedusting and cleaning machine after the A 11 bale opener . The B 12 eliminates approx. 70 % of the trash. As the material is fed to the opening rollers in free flight, a high degree of fibre preservation may be achieved. With VarioSet the settings can be adjusted during production. Cleaning can easily be optimized by entering only two parameters: cleaning intensity and relative volume of waste. The B 12 achieves maximum operational efficiency with a minimum of cleaning points, giving optimal gentle fibre handling, and high exploitation of the raw material.

    Main Features:

  • Production of up to 1 400 kg/h card sliver
  • Available for lower production rates of up to 1,000 kg/h   card
  • Optimum raw material utilization
  • Low air and space requirements
  • UNImix B 70 – Homogeneous mixing

The B 70 mixer guarantees a homogeneous blend of the bale laydown even if the bales are not optimally laid down. The unique 3-point mixing procedure is equally suitable for cotton and synthetic fibres. Eight blending chambers ensure not only an effective mixture but also a high production rate and more than adequate storage capacity. Any disturbances during bale take-off are prevented from having any effect on subsequent processes.  Settings can easily be adapted via the control panel to suit various raw materials and production conditions.

    UNIflex B 60 – Gentle fine cleaning

    UNIflex B 60 – Gentle fine cleaning

The fine-cleaning and dedusting machine UNIflex B 60 is used for processing cotton. Various settings are possible, allowing optimal adaptation to the material to be cleaned. The strength of the cleaning effect is determined by the nipping distance (distance between nipping and combing points). The grid located below the cleaning roll is fitted with mote knives and integrated combing elements. The distance between the grid and the opening roll, the angle of inclination of the grid knives, and the rotating speed of the roll, can be set at the VarioSet.

    UNIblend A 81 – Dosed fibre blending

At least two and at most eight individual components can be specifically mixed in any ratio you like. Since the blend ratio is so easy to adjust, this process makes it possible to achieve excellent homogeneity and is also extremely flexible. The UNIblend A 81 dosing blender combines all the advantages of the previous dosing and homogenising processes in one. In addition, as a special feature, it is also possible to split the line after the dosing blender with up to four different carding trains, each of which can contain a different blend ratio of the same components

    2. CARD

    Card C 60

Card C 60 -The Concept for Excellence

The newly designed high-performance card with new geometry in the carding range is one of the most vital steps towards a successful and efficient spinning mill. With a working width of 1.5 m the production rate is increased by around 50%, whilst maintaining or even improving sliver quality. The C 60 revolutionises the ratio between production output and energy and space requirements. It is available in the conventional form with coiler (CBA), with integrated unlevelled drawframe (SB module), or as levelled version for the OE direct process application (RSB module).

    Main Features :

    1. Working width -  1 500 mm
    2. Can sizes -    420 to 1 000 mm (17 to 40 inch)
    3. Machine length (with chute)   - 3 341 mm
    4. Machine width (without coiler) - 2 380 mm
    5. Weight (machine with coiler)  - 6 200 kg
    6. Heights
      1. Card -1 800 mm
      2. Chute - 3 425 mm

    3. DRAW FRAME

Rieter drawframes improve the standard of quality in the spinning mill at minimum operating cost. Since the drawframe has a decisive effect on the quality of the subsequent final spinning, Rieter pays particular attention to integrating the machine into the overall process. To meet diverse customer requirements, modular can logistic systems with varying degrees of automation are available.

RSB-D 40 - Milestones in draw frame engineering

Production rates of up to 1,100 m/min are achieved in mill operations with this new generation of drawframes. Enhanced leveling response and the novel suction system in the drafting mechanism. Significantly improve yarn quality. A revolutionary feature is CLEANcoil coiling, in which man-made fiber slivers are coiled with hitherto unparalleled running times and without cleaning. AUTOset self-adjusting autoleveler and integrated AUTOhelp fault diagnosis guarantee outstanding user friendliness.

    Double-head drawframe SB 20

Double-head drawframe SB 20 - for maximum can formats

The Rieter double-head drawframe offers delivery speeds of up to 1 000 m/min (mechanical) for highest productivity. In contrast to conventional double-head drawframes, the SB 20 drawframe offers the possibility to use can formats of up to ψ 1 000 mm.

The graphic operator panel, the reliable rotary can changer as well as the empty can magazine with up to 5 cans per production head reduce the operator effort to a minimum. Belt drives instead of complex transmission assemblies for increased reliability and reduced maintenance effort

    SB-D 40 - Milestones in drawframe engineering

The unlevelled drawframe SB-D 40 is the perfect partner for the RSB-D 40 on highly flexible lines where top efficiency is a priority. Delivery speed and production are optimally matched. The two models are built to very similar designs, greatly simplifying attendance and maintenance.
