Moving consistently ahead, we have written a humble history of 45 long years in yarn trading. And all this combined with hardship, has honed us into a strong thread of relationships and commitments. The new phase emerged in 1996 as Universal Texturisers, with an ascending number of 5 machines and multiple growing dreams. Carrying a heritage of trust, both the entities hallmarked as a technical team and earned tremendous credibility and goodwill. And, till date it’s prized possession.

Operating since the year 2000, Sanathan is the largest member of the group in size and production. Our ever growing hope has numbered us in a thousand of tens now, as we modestly stand as a 300- crore rupee group with a working strength of 600 people. Still evolving we have treasured up trust, belief, dedication and a family knows as Sananthan.

With 31* Texturising Machine, 6 Twisting Machines, 2 Airtex Machines and 2 Spinning Plants, we have made our presence felt strongly in the minds of our customers.

COTTON SPINNIG UNIT TO CAPTIVATE:

THE COTTON PRODUCING UNIT COMPRISES THE LATEST EQUPIMENTS AND STATE OF THE ART MACHINERY TO MATCH INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS.

With this startup infrastructure Sanathan is ready to take up any challenge in the cotton industry. The unit has the installed spindles capacity of 14400 producing the finest Ne30’s and 40’s super coned auto cone siro cleared combed compact yarns, using the finest cotton and maintaining the best quality. This high quality has already made a name.

This current production of 12000 tons per annum of (POY), over 37500* tons Textured yarns per annum, is achieved by key factors such as, dedicated manpower, efficient management and advanced technology. This is also supported with 2 airtexturising and 6 twisting machines to offer a better production mix.

This is blocked by the state of the art, sophisticated range of machines comprising spinning lines from TMT Japan, texturising machines like the Muratec, the Barmag FK6-900, Himson DTY machines from Lohia and Alindhra, which endorses Sanathan’s commitment to keep up with times and deliver effective solutions to customers across boundaries. Further to enhance the quality standards, we have added OLT’s to the machines for faultless yarns. We also have an inhouse laboratory that helps us check, maintain and control quality standards at every level.

Along with such massive operations, a work base of 40 people in Mumbai is constantly adding their expertise for smooth functionally and efficient administration.
