In our endeavor to establish one stop window for full range of textile products we have set up Genex Texports… Generating Next Generations…An Export House comprising of about 100 stitching Machines duly supported by our JV dyeing, printing & garment Finishing facilities.

We at Genex Texports are dedicated & devoted to the services of our esteemed buyer and Clients. We are supported by a team of experienced & skilled designers, merchandisers & production personnel.

Our JV Dyeing & Printing Unit here at Faridabad with a capacity of 1.5 lakh meters per day.

Fabric inspection & Packaging
Our internal fabric inspection acts as a central warehouse which issues fabric after 100% Inspection based on AQL norms. Our efficient Packaging department ensures that all our consignment Safely reach our customer on time always.

 

Sampling
“Setting the standard for Quality is the motto of our sampling team”. Our Large sampling unit comprises of the ideal mix of sewing machines. Highly skilled team of operators ensures that each sample leaving the unit speaks volume for the company quality and craftsmanship.

Dyeing  

We have a modern dyeing and printing with a capacity of around 3.5 Million Meters per Month. Our JV dyeing & printing unit has in-house facility of Rotary Printing machines, Flat beds, Maxi Jiggers, Soft-flow machines, Stenters. Our separate Washing Plant helps us ensure that the final product shipped is tailor made as per the Buyer needs & Standards.

Cutting & Sewing:

Our Cutting and Sewing unit is equipped with modern machinery with talented staff.

Our small but modern & versatile manufacturing set up 100 sewing and 5 thread Over-lock Machines runs on principles of  Total Quality Management as per the Global Ethical & Technical protocols.
