Saroram Apparel was established in the year 2007 at the city Tirupur – South India.

Saroram Apparel was introduced to the customer by Mr. Udhaya Prakash – Managing Director is having more than 22 years of experience in the  field of knitwear garments and woven garments and taking all over control of Admin and marketing and also taking care of customer related activities.

Mr. Siva Prabu is our Executive Director of Saroram Apparel of companies who is an B.com & DCA graduate having more than 10 years of experience in the garment field and taking care of company welfare activities.

Our Merchandising team is headed by Merchandising Managers forming teams and having Senior Merchandisers working under them. These groups of people work under the guidance of our Planning Manager.

We have separate teams for sampling, production to Documentation headed by skilled people to take through the job process in the right manner.

With their years of experience and profound skills, these people allow us to meet our valuable Buyer orders executed in stipulated period with required quality standards and deliver them within the right time.

Quality & Inspection
From procurement of raw- materials to confirm over commitment to maintain quality “FIRM”

Our company, we ensure that garments leaving our factory are of the highest quality. Stringent quality procedures are in place right from the procurement of raw materials to finished products.

Produces only quality products, this produces is followed right from the raw material stage and thoroughly screened while entry and exit to match over quality requirements.

Saroram Apparel, Quality has always been a parameter of our global competence. We have ensured that every production stage gets only quality raw materials and produces only quality products. We follow this procedure at the purchasing stage itself. All raw materials entering our factory are thoroughly checked to match our quality requirements.

Once the production process is underway, we have got random checks and periodic quality checks in every production phase. This ensures that each phase outputs quality products, be in the knitting phase or the dyeing phase.

In our internal quality audit we ensure the following points are checked and ensure their conformity: fabric, colors, style, accessories, weight, workmanship, measurements, Labeling, packing assortments, and carton marking.

A complete pre – shipment inspection program consists in:

• Initial production check (IPC): fabric, accessories and measurements are checked and set for production. It permits timely correction and improvements before the bulk manufacturing.
• On-line check/mid inspection: when at least 25% of the goods have been completed, another inspection permits to ensure that the production is on the right track and that the suggestions made during IPC are implemented.
• Final Random Inspection (FRI): when the entire consignment is completed and ready to be shipped, quality inspectors, from Saroram carry out a final random inspection based on “Acceptable Quality Levels” (AQL) method. Once the results are satisfactory, we would allow doing the final from the customer.
