Inspection Services

Despite improvement in long distance communication, there is still no substitute for on the spot supervision of the manufacturing. As we said in the introduction, if you are a buyer located thousands of miles away from your product source, you should verify that your interests are being protected and quality products are being manufactured. Use of an independent inspection entity, problems will be rectified and prevented at source prior to shipment and possibly during production. In your absence SCS can monitor the entire quality assurance operations. SCS has a good reputation for providing inspection services. Both buyer and seller benefit because SCS provides service on your behalf at all stages from development through manufacturing process to pre shipment.

Pre Production Inspection

Before manufacturing begins SCS inspects fabric and trims. This function ensures appearance of the components is constant and satisfactory to the requirements and specifications.

Online Production Inspection

During the early stage of production, SCS randomly inspects the first production batch for the possible defect. If any should occur, we identify the variation and provide advice on corrective measures that are necessary to ensure an uniform batch quality and a quality product.

Mid Production Inspection

After online production inspection, SCS performs a MID inspection when around considerable quantity is packed. This inspection is done to assure that what ever instructions and corrective measures given at online inspection are followed and implemented or not. Again to reassure that quality standards are being maintained and each garment is packed with quality.

Final Random Inspection

SCS conducts Final Random Inspection when goods are packed and ready for shipment. Inspection is based on universally acceptable statistical sampling procedure. This procedure is different from client to client. However SCS follows MIL STD 1 05E standards inspection level II 2.5 if there is no indication from the client. After the impartial and objective inspection a factual report is submitted to the buyer/client with the evaluation based on following criteria

Inspection Criteria
