The 3064 – 3072 units are flat-based machines with Vibemac heads for lap felling and/or double lap seaming on different types of fabrics, for jeans, casual trousers and work clothes. These units are therefore recommended for yoke seams, seat seams and pocket hemming. The technical solution adopted is unique in its kind. The belt puller system (patented) works in combination with the sewing head needle tip feeding action. Moreover, the pressure of the fabric pressure foot is controlled by an innovative pneumatic device. All this guarantees excellent stitching quality and fast execution. The two versions have different needle spacing: unit 3064 has a needle distance of 6.4 mm while 3072 has a needle distance of 7.2 mm. Other measurements can be obtained by an increase in ¼ inch.
