The new sewing head, manufactured by us, and other important devices such as the Mitsubishi Xl-554 servomotor complete with EMFY series motor panel and LS-01 digital logic panel, the “positive differential” double roller material pull device and the step-by-step motor guarantee perfect fit and high finished product quality. This system is unique and has been patented.
Both the units automatically cut and unstitch the two ends to the desired extent. The CS version has 4 chain stitch needles with needle tip feeding, while the patented LS version’s external needle performs overstitch on the waistband and the internal needle performs chain stitch.
