The automatic material transporter units, 007V and 006VLS are used to hem patch pockets for 5-pocket jeans or casual sportswear trousers. The former is fitted with 2 chain stitch needles while the latter has 2 overcast stitch needles. The new electronic “step motor” conveyor system, the special guide and the multiple belt system guarantee high stitching quality and material transport, even when using different types of fabric and yarn: from stretch to polyester, nylon and heavy denim, without the operator having to make any adjustments whatsoever. The units can be combined with the kits for automatic or manual label insertion during the sewing cycle; with the new R6H robot for automatic pocket loading, and also with a rotating disk (BS device), recommended for large-scale production.
