Our project leaders understood how a thorough grasp of all of these could work
together in a unique way and guide our clients and customers in every step of
the way.
To optimize event performance, fibre2fashion’s professionals needed more insight
into the various key areas and traditions under way across the industries. We
needed a knowledge set to ideate an integrated and supportive solution for
lucidity of the event which was going to take shape. The right solution would
allow our clients to view the status of opportunities – something that would
let them the leverage to “go”, “hold” or “kill” an enquiry decisively.

At the
same time, they needed a business episode that is reliable; this factor was indeed an already-conquered challenge,
as fibre2fashion’s popularity does the needful by itself. Something like what
it was at Soft-Tex’ 08 and The Trims Supplement’ 08 would help the exhibiting
companies measure their fruitful return on this venture.
We considered our options carefully, evaluating the best practices in the market
that give opportunities of a meeting place - the traditional trade fairs. We
picked it up and thought to ourselves, “why not a trade fair online, and that
too without having to travel?” So, virtual exhibition was a great idea. Because
the event was going to depend mutually on exhibitors and visitors, our prime
focus was taken away by the need to rope in exhibitors after explaining them
the benefits of such an event. Visitors were never going to be a hitch, to the
credits of fibre2fashion which receives 1.9 billion visitations, a month.
To our achievement and success, our clients at both the trade shows found it so
effective and fruitful for their respective business, which in turn, ensures
that the companies have access to accurate business leads and enquiries through
the events.
