Our Central office located in Bombay comprises of an up to date in-house sampling Unit where all our samples are made keeping in trend with the latest collection for summer and winter seasons. All operations like merchandising, accounts, shipping and correspondence is done from this office.

Each and every garment is sewn in our directly owned & Compliance friendly production units which are well complimented with In-house laundries. We ensure very high productivity standards at the lowest operating cost, and thus offer our customers a product of the highest quality at the most competitive price. As a result H.A.I. boasts of its ability to retain its buyers and fulfill the high expectations of our customers. 

H.A.I. has a high profile team involved in sourcing new and high quality fabrics for every season and bringing in the latest products, which are 100% cotton with different blended fabrics in Woven and Knits. We also import blended fabrics from the Far Eastern countries for both American & European buyers. Before any fabric is approved, whether it is Yarn Dyed or Solid / Printed fabric, it undergoes very stringent self made quality specifications. As we are specialists in Woven Fabric, several weavers / mills have tied up with us and have designated their entire production for our requirements.

Our desk looms submissions for woven fabrics are as quick as 7-10 days once the developments are received from the buyers. Moreover the samples can be arranged in a quick span of 2-3 weeks once the desk looms are approved or details have been received. Usually, our lead times for wovens can be as fast as 60 days upon approvals, depending on the styles / fabrics / quantities, but we can, and as done in the past, cater to a faster turn around if required.

PRODUCTION

H.A.I. has 3 major factories located in India - Hyderabad, Vapi and Coimbatore. Highly experienced Technicians and Group Production Systems ensures that our major goal of satisfying our importers, i.e. timely delivery of quality goods is successfully met.

All of our Production Units are extremely well equipped with both human labor and advanced machinery so that we can meet bulk orders. Our recent change in production strategy to line production segregated into several groups, has led to specialization that has effectively heightened our production capacity.

It must also be mentioned here that while we strive and achieve these mass production goals, all our production units strictly comply with all American and European Buyer’s Code of Conduct & Social Compliances for Manufacturers.

QUALITY CHECK

These are just a few of our hundreds of highly experienced quality check assistants who thoroughly, manually check the finished garment inside out for any stitching or fabric defect, before they are passed through our specialized metal detector machines. However, quality checks are not only made at the end of production, but almost at every stage of the process, when in transit from one specialized employee to another.
