Stepping into the world of textile in the year 2008, ‘Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Spinning Mills(India).Pvt.LTd’, is located at Guntur. It was established by a visionary and a pioneer, late Mr. K. Poli Reddy and after his death was taken over by his son Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy, who with his able leadership and, has taken the organization to new levels and standards. The company has been rising with great speed in the international market by manufacturing and supplying quality yarns that have been well appreciated by buyers worldwide.
State-of-the-art-manufacturing unit
The company has a huge spinning unit located at NH-5, Vipparlavaripalem village near Korisepadu Adanki Mandal, Prakasam district. The unit is equipped with 15,600 spindles and hi-tech machineries lik BLOW ROOM,CARDING ,DRAWING AND SPINNING FROM LMW ,LATEST AUTOCONERS FROM SAURER SCHLAFHORST (GERMANY) ,&IN HOUSE R&D LAB WITH LATEST USTER MACHINERY.
The head office of SLN Spinning Mills is located in Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. With the manufacturing facility and marketing office right in the heart of Guntur, the company is well connected to NH-5 and major seaports like Chennai and Krishnapatnam port in Nellore, due to which it enjoys the logistic advantages in supplying products to the clients.
SLN spinning mill pursues continuous improvement in its product's quality and productivity to achieve total customer satisfaction. The mill constantly upgrades its working methodologies to exceed its customer requirements. At SLN, stringent steps are taken for cotton procurement to produce the best quality yarn. It extensively uses MCU-5, Shankar-6 grade cotton, to produce its yarn. To ensure quality, cotton is manually sampled and later fibre testing is done at the Mills testing lab, which helps to select cotton with good mature fibre and with less contamination with better micronaire.
