Sumharsh Exports is established in 2008. Company is started after having experience of almost 15 years in the field of garment manufacturing and exporting to various countries. Team of Sumharsh is well maintained between creating ideas and transforming them to production. Company is capable of handling both woven and knitted garment. Company currently is in establishment phase. Currently we are executing orders for Mexican market.

Collection: Our collection is based on latest fashion trends as well as buyer’s input. Generally our clients provide us with the style and designing details.

Production capacity: 5000 garments per month. Capacity will be increased till 50000 units per month. This increase will be done gradually with market study and orders in hand. Currently we have 150 machines. Finishing and packing are located at the same place of stitching. This helps us to make quality garments.

Quality Control: Strict quality control measures are implemented for the quality assurance. Each garment is carefully examined at each stage before proceeding for next operation. We follow AQL 2.5 level II for quality checks. Apart from this we make check points at different level and make sure the each person performs his job very carefully and professionally. 100% fabric checking is done before and after processing.

Machinery: Organization is well equipped with all kind of machinery required for garment manufacturing. We are having our own washing and dry cleaning part. We use PERC machine for the dry cleaning of garments. Also we can handle all types of chemical required in washing.
