Knitting system: single carriage with double system
Knitting cam: complex type design, each system can perform knitting、tucking、missing simultaneously.
Transfer: complex type design, each system can transfer loops from front needle bed to rear one or from rear needle bed to front one and transfer to each other, independent of carriage direction.
Stitch density: every loop density is controlled by step motor. Many kinds of density are for independent option. Every kind of density has 00-100 levels.
Needle selection: each system has four sets of needle selector, and each set of selector can be assembled and unassembled from outside the carriage. It is easy to maintain.
Yarn carrier: two sets of 8 yarn carriers are mounted on both sides of 4 double-faced guide rail. And every yarn carrier can be shiftable at any area of needle bed. Special yarn carriers for intarsia without dotted line are equipped. Special method of delivering yarn can be chosen.
Sinker system: controlled by step motor and of fine adjustment.
Racking: controlled by servo motor, racking anywhere within 2inch controlled by programming with fine adjustment function.
Fabric takedown : Double fabric takedown system, controlled by torque motor, many kinds of tension for option, tension、open and close are controlled by programming.
Driving system: belt drive , controlled by AC servo motor; many levels for option, specified one can be achieved by programming
Stop motion : when yarn break、knots、fabric drop、needle break、shock、floatingfabric、over torque、 racking error、sinker position error、yarn excess and piece count occur, machine will automatically stop and alarm in the shape of sound and light.
Computer control system:1) screen display: industrial LCD, visual interface, memory capacity:4M, a large amount of pattern files can be stored at the same time and can be retrieved for use.2). monitoring menu: display all kinds of work parameters. these parameters can be adjusted while machine is running which maximizes the convenience of operation.3)special function: yarn feeders can be located automatically before knitting.4) design system: intuitionistic、easy to be understood、easy to upgrade and free of charge.
Language: Chinese and English. It should be paid to choose other language. Or the icon-controlled method.
