Boyteks manufactures 36,000,000 meters of Jacquard Woven Mattress Ticking and 10,000,000 meters of Knitted Mattress Ticking annually. The establishment has its own polypropylene and chenille production lines and uses its own PP yarn. Boyteks is a totally integrated facility encompassing all stages of ticking production from yarn manufacture to final applications treatment line.

The high technology equipped Boyteks plants have a very low rate of production error. Each meter of ticking is put through separate quality controls after the weaving and application treatments. Boyteks' laboratories have the capacity to analyze all sorts of raw materials and finished goods.
