Only imported high quality cotton from the US and the world’s best cotton producing countries are used for our yarn production to ensure the highest level of performance. Every bale of cotton is systematically inspected with the latest Uster HVI testing equipment. The data of each bales are then stored under the world renowned ENGINEERED FIBRE SELECTION system. Using the bale management by the EFS system, quality consistency is achieved through standard fiber selection criteria. Quality is assured at every stage of the spinning process with both off and on-line monitoring systems. The spinning mills of Nan Yang, are equipped with modern spinning machineries from Switzerland, Germany, Japan and Italy. Through stringent emphasis on innovation and quality, Nan Yang is achieving high customer satisfaction, delivering products that have great appeal in the market.

Nan Yang product offerings are both in raw and dyed yarn. Dyed yarns are processed with modern dyeing processes to ensure color-consistency as well as color-fastness. All yarns are offered in combed yarn, semi-combed yarn, or open-end yarn in 100% cotton as well as blended cotton/polyester.
