Perfect Filaments Private Limited was incorporated on 02/09/1994 and since then has grown manifestly. Today we have 9 Texturising Machines and are planning to add another 3 machines this year. Also we have an Air Texturising Machine and are planning another 2 by the end of the year.
Processing & Output
In Texturising, Polyester Filament Yarn is processed. The POY, which is the raw material cannot be used as such. The POY is subjected to drawing process and then given a false twist, which is called “Texturising”. The finished yarn is wound on a paper tube ready to be sold. Depending on the Raw Materials, its Denier and Filaments and the Texturising Process various qualities of Polyester yarn are manufactured. Some of the common qualities are Roto Textured Yarn, GFT Yarn, 80/72 Filament Yarn.
But we manufacture Specialized Yarn qualities like Cationic Yarn, Full-Dull (CotLook) Yarn, Dope Dyed Yarn, Double Yarns, Bright Yarns, Special Effect Yarns which are difficult to Produce and Market but our company has succeeded in doing so. Our company has created a Brand Image in the market for Specialized Yarn.
Marketing Arrangements
We sell our Yarn to commission agents who are responsible for the payments also. We have a good network of agents who have good contacts with the weavers of Bhiwandi and Surat. We have also kept to salesman who keep in touch with the market, introduce new products and provide feedback and suggestions. |
