Our forte is making the best knitwear perfectly in accordance with the requirements of our customers. We have concentrated more on the garmenting area and have a set up of modern garmenting units, with all imported machinery with necessary ancillary equipments.

Patterns, Cutting, Sewing and Packing are done fully in-house under the close scrutiny of our internal quality controllers. The backward processing is done through sub-contracting with selective factories that meet our quality standards.

Knitting
	Circular Knitting is  done in machines Mayer & Cie, Orizio and Pailung.  Flat knitting is done in Shima Seiki.
Dyeing
	Soft-flow dyeing or closed winches are used as needed. The dyeing factory has computerized color prediction, measurement and matching facility.  Dyed fabrics are processed in balloon paddlers and relax driers to ensure quality finish.
Printing
	We use manual print tables, chest printing machines or 12 color rotary printing machines. A variety of print decorations are possible.  Types of printing done are discharge printing, water printing, reactive printing and pigment printing.
Embroidery
	Computerized embroidery is done in ZSK or Tajima 9 color/20 head machines. Monogram, appliqué and overall embroidery decorations can be given as needed. Most of our garments carry atleast a small logo embroidered.
Sequence Work
	We get it done in town, with a super team of well trained labors, to ensure quality and neat finish, to satisfy our Ladies style buyer's extra-ordinary expectations.
Checking, Ironing and Packing
	As this is the final figuring of a Garment, we take maximum care. We have a experienced team of checkers who under go checking in three stages - Initial, Middle and Final.
	There are three filters to filter the garment before it reaches the Ironing Division.  We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tables to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view.
	Packing is done in good export worthy Carton Boxes to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination.
