Ushmi Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1989 in Mumbai – India. The Company has its Production Unit at Plot No.97-100 Sector C, Phase 2, Parvati Co. Operative Ind. Estate Ltd. YADRAV, ICHALKARANJI, District: Kolhapur (M.S.) The Administrative & Sales Office is located at A-8, BJP Co. operative Textile Market, Near Vardhaman Chowk, ICHALKARANJI.

Our Company is one of the leading manufacturers in the Bottom Wear, Interlining, Defence Material, Fancy Shirting’s, Shittings, Readymade Garments especially in Jeans & Shirts with a long tradition of quality and customer satisfaction. 

The Company employs 40 people in house and Many Full Time subcontractor (Weaving, Dyeing & sewing facilities). Production is mainly made up by knitted outerwear garments using 100% cotton and cotton / mixed fabrics. Monthly production is in access of 300000 Meters. Ushmi Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. is very well experienced in all India Market. The main markets are New Delhi, Kanpur, Kolkatta, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ludhiana, and Indore.

The Directors of the Company Mr. Purushottam Bohra is vastly experienced in Textile Business with knowledge of Sizing, Processing & Weaving. He handles the manufacturing activities of the Business. Second Director Mr. Chandrashekhar Bohra is looking after the Sales & Distribution activities and also Manufacturing of Readymade section.

The Group Concern Prathmesh Polycot which is handled by Mr. Pramod Bohra deals in all types of Cotton & Synthetic Yarns.

Another Group Concern viz Genuine Securities & Commodities Pvt. Ltd. which is handled by Mr. Pradeep Bohra, a Chartered Accountant is a Franchisee of Kotak Securities Ltd. & Kotak Commodity Services Limited and is One Stop Shop for all Financial Needs.
