The promoter of the group, Mr. Anil Kumar Jain made a humble beginning in the garment line in 1966. The group took major initiatives in popularizing knitted garments in India. Mr. Jain, who is known for his sound technical know-how, marketing and administrative skills, has been doing indirect export since 1972. He made dent in the export market in the early-nineties. With his vision and abilities, Venus Garments (India) Limited has grown into a reputed 3 star Export House within a short span.

The company is one of the largest exporters of knitted garments in India. We have been recently selected as “Supplier of the Year 2007” by Wal-Mart. Our headquarters is located in Ludhiana, which is only 300 kms from Delhi (capital of India) and is well connected by rail and road. We have more than 2000 stitching machines. We also have manufacturing facilities in Tirupur.

Broken needle log book system is followed. We have also installed latest water and air pollution control equipment to control water and air pollution. Production Facilities

Our group is vertically integrated encompassing activities of yarn dyeing, knitting, fabric dyeing, finishing i.e. stenturing, compacting, sue-ding, rotary printing, garmenting, garment washing, printing and embroidery with latest state of the art machines.

We have manufacturing capacity of 2 million garments per month.

Our infrastructure houses units for knitting, yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing, laundry, garment dyeing, fabric finishing, garmenting, embroidery, printing - fabric & garment, along with provisions of laboratory, sampling area, quality control – fabric quality control, garment quality control.
