Where there was dust and dirt and fierce winds shifted sands to shape new landscape excavation of the foundation of Zaman Textile Mills Limited (ZTM) began 30 years ago in the rural Sindh. The reason Premier Group (PG) wanted to establish ZTM in that virgin region was to safeguard the mills and the products from pollution, find and preserve clean and healthy environment for the workers and establish foot prints for other to follow.

For Pakistan, COTTON is the KING. ZTM want to be no less. From the very beginning, we have endeavoured to acquire latest technologies lead rather than follow establish rapport with the leading growers, develop and maintain a chain leading up to the production of yarns and fabrics of the finest quality.
In order to keep abreast with rapid improvement in the technology and to meet the demand of discriminating customers for yarn and home textiles of the highest quality. ZTM regularly upgrades production machinery to achieve greater efficiency and reliability.

ZTM is a blue chip company of the PG which was established in 1971. Other companies of the group, namely Pharmevo and  Shield specialize manufacture and marketing of pharmaceuticals and baby care products respectively. PG owns and operates the largest and most extensive distribution network for products as diverse as foods, Pharmaceuticals, Consumers good etc.

ZTM established in 1971 have regularly undergone significant expansion and modernization in order always to remain a  step ahead of competition in efficiency, quality and capacity.

ZTM today with latest machinery and using cutting edge technology possess very larges spinning and weaving capacity fully capable of meeting the demands of leading apparel and textile manufactures, both in Pakistan as well as abroad.

ZTM Produce quality yarn on a state of the art-plant comprising of Crossrol Cards, Rieter, Draw Frames, Skf drafting, on Jingwei frames, Murata and Schlafhorst auto cones with an in – house power generation ,producing over 17 million pounds of yarn annually.
