Zaman Textile’s Yarns are used by leading textile mills to manufacture a wide range of fabrics including shirting, suiting and fashion fabrics not only by the local manufacturers but also in Europe, America, South Asia, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Turkey, Italy, and Japan.  ZTM is one of the few mills in Pakistan producing Heather Grey, Mélange Yarn and also Slub yarn for Denim Fabrics.

Mélange Yarn
In Mélange yarn manufacturing Zaman is distinctly ahead of the rest and has earned the trust of buyers all over the world for quality.
Mélange yarns are used mainly in socks, knitting and weaving. Mélange yarn range includes 100% cotton as well as cotton blend with viscose/polyester acrylic/linen/modal/silk/lycra counts ranging from 6/s to 40/s and 6/2 to 40/2 carded.

Ready stock of dyed cotton fibre is maintained to ensure prompt delivery .Zaman`s Mélange shade card has mot=re than 450 shades in order to cater to customers requirements. An extensive library comprising of more than 5000 shades is also maintain .Zaman has the capability to develop any additional shades on request.

Organic yarn
Recognizing the increasing awareness globally of using organic products .Zaman, certified by control union Netherlands (cu) has ensured regular supply of organic yarn.

Great care is taken to ensure that the organic characteristics of the material are maintained throughout the process.

WEAVING
ZTM produces a wide range of griege fabric for home textile products with a maximum width of 132 inches and styles that range from 78 to 200 thread count. In particular, we specialize in high thread count fabrics with an average yarn count of NE 6/1-NE40/1. Manufactured from combed 100% cotton and poly cotton, some designs include Percales, Satins, Striped Satins, Poplins, Twills and Herringbones etc.

We can also produce fabric with special blends of yarn that can be source according to customer requirements. Some of these are Cotton, Polyester Cotton, Dennier, Twill, Wovfel Lycra, Nylon, and Polyester filament/fibre, Tencel, Linen, Bamboo, Coolmax, Modal, Lyocell, Viscose, Wool, Polypropylene, Acrylic, Soyabean and Silk etc.

With a dedicated product development team responsible for sourcing specialized yarn and creating innovative styles through fabric constructions, ZTM is able to keep up with new trends and maintain its position as a key player in the weaving industry.

With the addition of 240 latest model SULZER and AIRJET looms our capacity to produce fabrics of varying width has increased to more than 35 million meters.
