In this division we do brand consultancy. Presently we are the consultant for the brand "APE" - from the house of Reliance Fashions. This division takes care of client activities like – Business planning, Appointing Advertisement Agency, Branding Support, Design Support, Product Development, Marketing Support, Streamlining Back End Operations, Retail Support (Exclusive Showroom)

We would like to invite international clients who are interested to launch their brand/s in India. We are interested in acquiring licenses for the Indian Market.

 

In this division we conduct all our designing support & design solution activities. A set of designers from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), one of the reputed fashion institutes of India, have grouped together under 'Zeal Design Studio', first of its kind in India to cater to the needs of international and domestic segments of ever-growing prêt-a-porter (ready to wear) garment industry. Today the trend is changing as far as the export industry is concerned. The buyers abroad like Zara, Lotto, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Mango, Morgan are looking towards India as an important design resource and expect their vendors to present them with various ranges to choose from. Today, they need designs from India.

The Studio with its in-house sampling facility and sampling coordinators aims to assist its clients in achieving their ideal goals through creative design and product development process based on market research, color and trend forecasts. Here are the areas where the studio caters to the disparate needs of the garment industry - Style Development, Print & Surface Design, Technical Specification Sheets, Illustrations, Packaging and Branding solutions, Color Forecast, Visual Merchandising, Digitally Designed Presentation Boards, Fabrications, Concepts, and Accessory Design.

In this division we take franchisee of brands & handle their retail network, presently we are the franchisee for the brand INDIAN TERRAIN @ Tirupur. We are adding up further major brands in our network.

 

This division provides knit sourcing solutions to International & Indian buyers. Presently we are associated with Reliance, Lifestyle, KAPPA, BOSSINI, LOTTO, and Sting.

Infrastructure

Garmenting Division - The garmenting division has got the latest state of the art machineries. Our sewing division includes latest machineries from Juki, Pegasus, Yamota etc.

Finishing Division - The finishing department is equipped with modern finishing equipments like steam irons with vacuum tables and is also supported by thread sucking machines etc. We have a sound quality team headed by qualified personnel to ensure that each and every finished garment adheres to the international AQL standards and norms.

Embroidery Division - The embroidery division is equipped with the latest machines from TAJIMA, Japan (12 Head / 9 Color). These machines take care of all the embroidery requirements.
