Chelating Compound Dispersant is specialized for softening hard water when fabric scouring, bleaching, dyeing processing. Especially natural fiber’s pectin which with substantial calcium, magnesium and iron carboxylate, easy dissociate in the water when scouring, so make processing been blocked. Always use inorganic blocking agent (eg. Phosphate) and organic blocking agent(eg. EDTA) in recent years, the former is easy hydrolyze and loss effectiveness in strong alkali liquid and high temperature; the latter is only influence calcium and magnesium ion and don’t blocking iron ion in strong alkali liquid. Advantages:
- Dyeing with FCL-777 can accelerate feeding under your own dyeing craft, and shorten feeding time.
- It is necessary to feed slt in 3 times during traditional dyeing craft, however, you can feed salt in one time if put FCL-777 in advance, thus save salt feeding time largely.
- If feeding salt in one time dyeing craft successfully, please try to put alkali on one time.
- FCL-777 with perfect leveling, reduce failure rate.
- FCL-777 with great emulsity, avoid dye defect due to deficient scouring.
- FCL-777 can change feeding sequence, and save dyeing time around 1-2 hours.

Important Notice:
- You can get excellent dye up-take if use clean water to dilute alkali.
- If your factory used dyeing water to dilute alkali, it's unnecessary to change operations.
- Maybe be this product can't meet with all kinds of dyestuff, please try to test from small batches.
- Please speedy feeding salt at first, and then try to put alkali more quickly if salt test successfully, please don't test them at the same time.
