We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy manufacturer of Black Polyester Filament Fabric. At present, we are looking to purchase Black Polyester Filament Fabric (carbon-colored filament, spun-dyed), which is easy to tear by hand and specially calendared for a smooth, polished surface. Specifications are as follows: GSM: 125 gm/sqm, elongation: 15%, quantity: 600,000 sqm per month. Construction details include a thread count of 79 (-1/+3) warp and 68 (+/-2) weft threads per inch, with thread fineness of 75 (textured) x 150 (textured) den. The fabric has air permeability ≤ 500 mm/s, tear strength (length direction) of 70-92 N/cm, and elongation at break based on DIN EN 25±5%. Thickness is 0.13±0.03 mm, weight per square meter is 74±6 g/m², and stiffness is <4.5 cm. As an exception, a decrease of adhesion of 0.50 N/cm due to irregularities of the fabric and measurement uncertainty is acceptable. Required width is 1045 mm – 1100 mm, length is 1000 m to 1100 m, roll diameter is 1000 mm, inner core is 76 mm, and the color is black. We are open to purchasing from suppliers worldwide.
