Ugurteks is established in 1946 with a store in Sultanhamam / Istanbul , with the name Ugurlu, and is grown into an international holding company that is stil managed by the founding family , now into the third generation.

We place a high level of importance on the creativity of our collections.
The latest technology of our production units help us for producing 15 million meters of fabric in ;

- cotton and cotton blends with polyester, with polyamid , with lycra
- linen and linen blends
- polyester viscose blends
- coated fabrics
for formal and smart casual wear

The dyeing and finishing facilities are operated in a 16000 m2 covered area in Çerkezköy, one hour away from Istanbul.

The weaving and yarn dyeing facilities are operated by the group company Akugur in Adana.

The Ugurteks chemistry and physics laboratories have the equipment necessary to complete test sup to DIN , M & S , AATCC and BS standards at all levels.

The leading countries for our exports are Italy , England , Holland , Germany , Spain , Sweden , Denmark , France , USA , Romania etc.

In Tunisia the facilities are operated with our own office since November 2006.

The company is proud to have obtained ISO 9001 certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International and ECO – TEX Standard 100 from Fl Hohenstein Institut
