We have a demand for Sateen Woven Denim Fabric. Our requirement is for Sateen Woven Denim Fabric with a composition of 73% Cotton / 24% Polyester / 3% Elastane and a 4x1 sateen construction. The dyeing/finishing should be indigo or versatile shades. The width required is 1.4 meters, with a weight of 10.2 ounces/square yard (unwashed) and 11.8 ounces/square yard (washed). The shrinkage should be warp: 0-4% // weft: 14%-16%, weft stretch elasticity: 50%-60%, recovery: 96%, and leg twist: 3% max. The fabric should have a tensile strength of 50 lbf min, tear strength of 4 lbf min, and slip resistance of 30 lbf min.
