    We are urgently looking for SMS Composite Non-Woven Fabric materials for manufacture disposable mask ie., Spunbond Non-woven Material for Outer layer - Green/Blue, Non-Woven Material (including Melt blown) Middle and Bottom -White Colour, especially with BFE (Bacteria Filtration Efficiency )>99% for melt blown. In order to carry out a trial, currently we need to buy each article 10,000 meters. Please find below specific requirements and help to fill following chart and get back to us with your best offer/Lead time etc.,


      Iinner diameter should be 80 mm to fit with machine shaft
      Material should compatible for ultrasonic welding
      Target GSM is 20-25 as per the width mentioned below.
      Target length of the roll approx. 2000mtrs (Otherwise pls offer your best)
      As explained BFE performance should be >99%  on the Melt blown and target detailed specification sheet is given below
      Price Must be in USD and based on colombo – ex work or FOB prices not acceptable
      Payment terms must be LC to be chased upon submission of shipment documents
