We have an urgent demand for Woven 100% Rayon Fabric. Our requirement is for 100% Rayon Fabric with the following specifications: weight tolerance of ±5% from 150 GSM, dimensional stability (shrinkage) of max -5% to -7% (warp/weft), colorfastness to washing grade 4 or better, colorfastness to crocking dry: grade 4 and wet: grade 3 minimum, colorfastness to perspiration grade 4 or better, colorfastness to light (if applicable) grade 3 or better, tearing strength minimum 7 lbs (warp/weft), seam slippage max 6 mm at 25 lbs, pH value between 4.0 – 7.5, appearance after washing with no excessive twisting or distortion, skewness after wash within 5%, flammability per 16 CFR 1610 must pass Class 1 Normal Flammability, formaldehyde content ≤75 ppm or lower, and azo dyes test must be non-detectable (ND). Quantity required is 17,000 to 17,500 meters per color/print. Delivery is to be made to Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, under CNF Salem terms. Purchase is intended from the Indian market, and all fabric and garment testing must be performed by BV (Bureau Veritas) or ITS (Intertek) as per Cracker Barrel USA compliance standards, with fiber content verification required to match.
