Vision of expanding their kids clothing brand Tales & Stories through online platforms while ecommerce industry was in early stages in India. Lack of presence of ecommerce expertise in the industry to handhold their complete journey of becoming premium kids clothing brand in online space. With this vision in mind they associated with us for developing and running their online show while keeping their focus on developing export quality product in which they have the expertise.

Solution:

Already member of Fibre2Fashion.com, client knew the team has manpower with in-depth knowledge of fashion and ecommerce industry. The brand was onboarded on all top clothing marketplaces and are currently offering 600+ styles. Our team worked towards marketplace brand creation through banner promotions and ROI based campaigns to create sustainable growth in sales. Tales & Stories webstore was also launched to create brand focus to advocate loyalty programs and special launch offers.

Result:

Brand is well established in all top ecommerce platforms in India with significant visibility. ROI based campaign on marketplaces and social platform resulted in exponential increase in sales figures. Data intelligence provided by the team helps brand stakeholders in decision making regarding production, planning and new launches based on buyer purchase patterns & market demand.

Challenge:

Struggling to establish BluFinch as women’s fashion brand on ecommerce platforms. Was present on only 3 marketplaces and limited styles. Lack of ecommerce expertise to expand the brand online simultaneously working on new collection, these were the two biggest challenge BluFinch was facing.

Brand decided to take action and contacted eCAAS for creating premium women’s wear fashion brand which is available on major online marketplaces and offers quality trending fashion.

Solution:

With dedicated online brand management team onboard, the client found value in term of expanding to business on various marketplaces and merchandising support for new collections.

Our in-house merchandiser involved with client for developing new collection which is up and running with current fashion trends without comprising on quality being offered. Each touch points were addressed in products journey to its buyers; from fabric selection, designs to offer, model selection, product photography, SEO optimized product listing on marketplaces, product packaging and post purchase customer support (returns, exchange).

Now successfully selling on Top 21 fashion portals with fresh collection added every 45days.

TWomen’s ethnic fusion wear brand with working women as their target group, driven by the passion for crafts and traditions from all across India

Background:
Established in the year 2008 as a boutique and moved over to modern trade in the year 2010. They have very strong offline presence with 150+ outlets all over India, 90+ shop in shop with Reliance Trends and 12 Flagship stores in Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Udaipur Mohali, Hyderabad, Indore etc. Spread over sprawling 20,000 sq ft factory with manpower of 300 workers out which 30% are females. They have employed 400-500 women through payroll, manufacturing around 50,000 pieces per month.

Challenge:
With a strong offline set up, coming online was their next big move but due to lack of expertise and a different arena altogether they were struggling to manage inventory and listings online.

Solution:
They started on eCAAS a year back, i.e. April’17 with 4 marketplaces and within 6 months we got them active on 15 marketplaces including Jabong, Ajio, Myntra, That1Too and Once Upon a Trunk, to name a few. We took the next big leap with their webstore development in January 2018, within a month of website launch they generated 50+ orders. We also started with their Digital Marketing, revived their Facebook page and set up profiles on Instagram, Pinterest and a fashion blog.

Current Standing:
We have been getting average orders of 25-30 per day and it booms over the weekends and festivals. Within 4 months of their website launch and social profiles they have gained 32k likes on Facebook, 19k on Instagram. They have already got couple of celebrity features in their kitty, they have been mentioned by leading newspapers like Times, Dainik, Divya Bhaskar, DNA and magazines like Femina etc. They are partnering with movies as their wardrobe sponsors , taking part in exhibitions, Fashion shows, Trade fairs and putting up their capsule collection at well known designer stores.
