Our factory is the largest color polyester staple fiber base in China, either output or variety. Our fiber has perfect spinnability for yarns and non-woven fabrics and other textile use. We take the technology of PETmelt-direct-spinning and pigment on-line adding, so the quality of fiber is superior to other suppliers. Our fiber productivity is 250T per day, besides, our polyester chips production capacity is 50ton per day. we do our best to meet our customers need.
Our virgin polyester staple fiber have different specifications for different usages, such as cotton psf, wool psf and so on. Our general specification as follows:1.0D-3.0D×38mm(cut length and color adjustable)
The project adopts the most advanced technology (Melt-Direct Spinning) and equipment to produce differential color PSF and chip.
The differential & colored fiber line is the largest capacity project with most advanced technology in China. It uses the advanced on-line adding technology, rejects and replaces the traditional dyeing technology, which eliminates the environment pollution from headstream to achieve a clean production process and is considered as a revolution in textile industry
