It covers an area of 33000 square meters, and its building area is 50000 square meters.
Our company running individually by making full use of the well-off nature environment and being supported by the “demin industral park”, Junan, which is powerfull, and professional. It has more than 410 imported advanced garment making machines, over 100 internatonal advanced washing equipments, 100 international advanced denim weaving machines and garment CAD computer design and making systems,etc.. Besides, we have set up a steady-going, faith and win-win operate-supply link with a large number of long-going, high-quality and efficient trims suppliers.
Quality control is the focus of the factory whenver. How to improve quality and upgrade the competition power of the goods is the keypoint in management of the factory. To achieve the quality target, a strict quality control system has been carried out in the factory: accessories must be inspected before input, every process of making is under supervision(including pre-production sample, pre-production meeting, cuting inspection, in-process inspection, QC inspection and final inspection) Every processes and details are under control, to make sure the goods has hight quality.
We are good at making various of garment and the main productions are textile and jeans: pants, jackets, skirts, and kids garments. They have good sale both in china and overs
