Our company is looking to connect with a manufacturer who can produce Kids' Velour Pajamas under our own brand label. The pajamas should be made from 94% Polyester / 6% Spandex velour fabric with a soft, low-pile brushed texture and a fabric weight of 240 GSM. Construction requirements include self-fabric binding at the neckline, 4-thread overlock linked seams for a flat-knit finish, twin-needle cover-stitching on the cuffs and hems, and a 25 mm enclosed elastic waistband with top-stitching. For our initial production run, we require 150 pieces per color in size 4T, with Jet Black (Pantone 19-0303 TCX) as the preferred color. Delivery is required to the Port of New York/New Jersey, USA. We are sourcing from Vietnam, South Korea, India, Mexico, and Bangladesh, and are not sourcing from China. Our payment terms are 30% deposit upfront and 70% T/T against Bill of Lading.
