Hello Garment Manufacturer,

We are a uniform and garment manufacturer in the U.S. We also manufacture larger orders in China and Central America. Currently with the prices and cost of labor rising in China we are looking for other areas/countries to move some of our production out of China.

Some of the items we manufacture:
>Jackets and rainwear out of rip-stop and taslan fabrics, PU coated for water proof, also breathable
>Knit polo’s
>Fleecee
>Hoodies
>Woven shirts in Poly/Cotton and Polyester/Spandex
>Woven Pants mostly in 100%Polyester
>Hats both baseball style 100%Polyester Mesh and 100%Cotton with reflective sandwitch trim
>Knit winter beanie hats 50%Cotton/50%Acrylic

We are looking to find the following information about your company and capabilities:
1. What product do you specialize in?
2. How many employees do you have (sewing/production))
3. Monthly volume?
4. Do you do CMT or full package FOB production?
5. Turnaround time for orders?
6. What is your turnaround time on samples and lab dips?
7. Do you charge for sampling?
8. Do you buy your fabric from domestic mills or off-shore?

10. Do you have any CAD program for pattern making and would we be able to send you our own patterns for production via e-mail in .dxf format? Can you transfer it into your system?
