Boyteks is not just Turkeys but also the worlds biggest mattress ticking and upholstery manufacturers. The companys mattress ticking production facilities are based in Kayseri and the upholstery fabric manufacturing is in based in Bursa. Changing market conditions drove Boyteks to introduce knitted fabric production in 2005 and make bigger investments to augment this line in 2010, with future planned investments on the way. The company has been manufacturing its own yarn since 2003 and has been realizing all processes from yarn production to fabric output within its own ERP system integrated facilities.

Boyteks works to provide more than just fabric. Finish processes and non-flammability tests are carried out diligently. Boyteks production systems all have the potential for minimum error, each meter of fabric manufactured is put through quality control during production and finish processes. On site chemical analysis and quality control laboratories ensure highest quality at all stages. As a member of ISPA the International Sleep Products Manufacturers Association, Boyteks has proven its commitment not just to quality, but also to the environment and occupational health as well, all documented with the Oeko-Tex, ISO 9000, 14000 and OHSAS 18001 certificates the company holds.
