From 8 to 10 July 2025, Source Fashion, Europe’s leading responsible sourcing show, returns to London’s iconic Olympia Grand Hall, continuing its growth as a key event for responsible fashion sourcing. This summer’s edition promises a vibrant convergence of innovation, sustainability, and international opportunity, designed to reshape the future of ethical fashion sourcing.
Now in its third year, the event has seen 30 per cent growth season-on-season and welcomes over 25 countries, including manufacturing powerhouses like India, China, Bangladesh, Türkiye, and emerging African markets. For buyers, sourcing professionals, and designers, Source Fashion delivers the ultimate platform to discover fully audited, responsible manufacturers across every stage of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished garments.
This season marks Source Fashion’s move to The Grand Hall at Olympia, reflecting its rapid expansion and rising influence across the industry. Suzanne Ellingham Sourcing Director commented, “I am incredibly proud that Source Fashion is growing into the largest manufacturing trade show in Europe, our focus on quality businesses and leading the conversation on responsible sourcing is one that really resonates with the buying community.”
Reskinned is announced as headline partner for the Source Fashion catwalk, delivering a live demonstration of fashion’s future: pre-loved, restyled, and revalued. The entire catwalk will showcase curated looks made exclusively from second-hand garments, challenging the industry's reliance on virgin materials.
“Our key theme this year is about rethinking how we use materials,” says Ellingham, “By partnering with Reskinned, we are not just talking about circular fashion—we are showing it in motion. Reskinned’s model proves that garments do not lose their style or relevance just because they have been worn before. In fact, with the right styling, they can be even more impactful."
Unmissable Content & Industry Debate
The 2025 agenda is anchored by the theme ‘Thriving in a Volatile World’, acknowledging the economic and geopolitical complexities fashion businesses face today. With retail volatility now the norm, the show offers practical insight on how to turn disruption into opportunity. Key sessions include:
‘Finding Clarity from Chaos’ – A one-on-one with Lynda Petherick, Chief Information Officer at New Look and Non-Executive Director at the British Fashion Council, offering personal insights on decision-making and leadership in turbulent times.
‘Is Pre-Loved the Future?’ – Bay Garnett and Lauretta Roberts explore whether resale and rental models represent a permanent shift or a passing trend.
‘Post-Growth Profitability’ – Industry changemakers including Simon Platts and Nick Reed tackle the challenge of doing more with less, advocating for fewer SKUs, shorter runs, and a value-driven approach to design and sourcing.
‘Returns: Fashion’s Hidden Waste Stream’ – Ross Barry (Reskinned) and Sara Allbright (Retail 100) look at the true cost of returns and how brands can mitigate environmental impact without compromising customer satisfaction.
WRAP Joins as Strategic Sustainability Partner
In a major move, Source Fashion has partnered with WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) to drive lasting industry change. With Textiles Lead Mark Sumner now on the Source Fashion advisory board, WRAP will deliver headline content and collaborate on digital resources year-round, ensuring sustainability conversations translate into action well beyond the show floor.
Expect hundreds of exhibitors representing a diverse range of capabilities, from Portugal’s eco-casualwear leaders like WonderRaw to Taiwan’s high-tech textile giants and India’s artisanal fashion houses. Highlights include:
Turkey Pavilion: showcasing over 10 responsible manufacturers, including Kiğılı, Denimai, and Bello Valente
ASU Clothing (India/France): long-time exhibitor known for supplying Mango and Galeries Lafayette
J&R Textil (Peru): specialists in alpaca and cotton, making their debut this year
Tech-Enabled Sourcing: The New App
This season also sees the debut of the Source Fashion app, powered by Grip. Designed to enhance every touchpoint of the visitor journey, the app offers AI-driven matchmaking, custom schedules, real-time updates, and post-show productivity tools to ensure ROI long after the doors close.
