Before some years therewas no concept of readymade garments only custom made clothes were there. Theprofessional fit of the garment itself suggested the class differentiation. Butnow-a-days sewing clothes at home have become more of a hobby and leisureactivity and people prefer readymade garments and tailor made clothes. Whenpeople started looking for the ready-made garments, there comes a discussionabout the fit for individuals. This article deals with the importance of thefit and how it is evaluated in this modernised apparel world.
