Art has always fascinated mankind since ancient times. In India many unique piece of art are produced by various artists and civilized people of different regions. Present investigation was planned to design of wall paintings for development of Muslim art. Various design of Indian of different centuries and artists were collected and scrutinized to prepare the design sheets. Sheets were designed inspiring from Muslim art. Islamic art has focused on the depiction of patterns and Arabic calligraphy, rather than on figures, because it is feared by Muslims that the depiction of the human form idolatry and thereby a sin against Allah, forbidden in the Quran. This study is conducted to put the spice of uniqueness and to retain the originality of Muslim art. Fifty respondents evaluated the wall paintings on the basis of design, aesthetic appeal, color combination, use of embellishment and price acceptability. Consumer preferences were found to be excellent to very good and consumers accepted the actual price suggested by the researcher.
Painting is a popular and rapidly growing craft beautiful effect on fabric and garment can be created with this technique. It is cheap method of decorating articles. The other advantages are that simple equipment is required particular mood or depth can be created with fabric painting.
