Brother, known in the industry for sustainable, durable and innovative products, has recently launched two new product lines, demonstrating once again that the Japanese manufacturer understands how to develop solutions that enrich the market. The two special machines the company has come out with are the Unison Feed machine and the BM-2000.

The Unison Feed machine, one of Brothers’ new developments, enlarges the company’s portfolio of machines suitable in heavy duty applications. The new brother electronic digital unison feed machines are the result of more than 110 years of experience in innovation in industrial sewing machine manufacturing.

These industrial sewing machines, of which there are a total of three single-needle and one twin-needle version, are intuitive to operate, to customise and to program. In addition to wide arm bed and digitised numerical management which are standard, panels and buttons also can be customised to the operators’ needs for user-friendly operation.

In addition, the Unison Feed series has a whole range of other features that make sewing easy and effective.

From luxury leather production to car seats, car interiors, airbags and upholstery, Brother’s new Unison feed machine covers a wide range of different applications and is therefore an asset for large productions, but also for high-quality smaller editions.

Also new to the Brother’s industrial product range is the BM-2000 – the new Brother bonding machine. With Brothers’ Innovative Seam Construction (ISC), the company uses liquid glue, which this machine applies between two layers of fabric. This value addition is highly appreciated by many customers, because this technology makes sure that the finished garment feels smooth on the skin, and offers high elasticity, durability and washability. Thanks to the construction of the glue and the low operating heat, which is necessary, BM-2000 users have a lot of possibilities to create new designs, with different kinds of fabric.

In addition to these two models, Brother has a variety of other industrial sewing machines in its product range.
