This year, the textile industry worldwide is looking eagerly to Milan, where ITMA will be held from June 8-14. “Even if the political and economic situation is still restrained at the moment, everybody hopes for an upswing in the textile industry in the second half of the year – the ITMA could be the starting signal for this,” says Verena Ruckh, Head of Marketing Department, Brückner Textile Technologies.

Our focus this year is particularly on sustainable technologies and resource-saving products. We will also be presenting these to our customers at ITMA. Specifically, this includes innovative heating options for our dryers and the automation of production and processes. We will also be presenting new possibilities for digitalisation and Industry 4.0. Our modern machines can be equipped with intelligent control systems and are thus significantly reducing the consumption of energy and chemicals. Not only customers from the classic textile sector but also from technical textiles can look forward to our innovations. We also offer a wide variety of solutions for coating technical textiles and for finishing nonwovens or floor coverings. We have also upgraded in the After Sales area. For smaller budgets, retrofits or modernisations of older equipment may be an option. Many of our customers are currently interested in modifying their machines to electric heating or investing in heat recovery systems. Such investments save costs in the short to medium term and protect the environment. A corresponding modification is possible for almost all our lines after technical inspection. We have individual solutions for this and naturally offer the same competent advice as for new machines. The same applies to the sale of spare parts. Customers can order conveniently via our online shop or receive individual advice from us. Our portfolio is rounded off by our extended service offering comprehensive advice on energy management, teleservice or support with customers’ product development. We put together a suitable package for every requirement. In our technology centre in Leonberg, Germany, customers and interested parties can make trials and develop new products. In order to provide even better support in the future, especially for customers in the nonwovens production sector, a flow-through belt oven was added to the range of test machines at our technology centre at the beginning of this year.

But convince yourself of our novelties and get inspired at our booth in hall 18, booth no. A101. We are really looking forward to this big event in June where we can meet our friends from all over the world in person again. This personal contact is what makes a customer relationship work. See you there!
