Monforts Fong's Textile Machinery

Monforts Fong's Textile Machinery Co., Ltd was a joint venture formed in 1999 between Fong's Industries Co., Ltd., Hong Kong and A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. In June 2012, CHTC Fong's Industries Group entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire 100% of A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. The transaction was completed in November 2012.
