V.R. Sampath

V.R. Sampat is an Assistant Professor in K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. He holds a Ph.D from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore and M.Tech from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. Before making a career in teaching, Sampat held various positions like Spinning Master, Quality controller and Factory manager in various reputed companies. As a lecturer he takes care of Handling Diploma, Sandwich Diploma and B.Tech classes. He has also conducted some short courses on Modern Management Techniques, Smart Textiles, Apparel Quality Control and Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing Technology, etc.

He has conducted in house programs on Process control and Quality management and has taken guest lectures at many reputed colleges. He has over 10 publications in Journals and various national and international conferences to his credit. He has attended a number of conferences and fairs and is a member of some of the famous associations.
