At The Sock Street, our roots are firmly planted in the e-commerce space, allowing us to reach a wide audience, offer seamless customisation, and maintain a direct-to-consumer (D2C) approach. However, as consumer preferences evolve, we recognise the importance of an omnichannel presence—a blend of online convenience and offline experience. There are plans to go into retail in future, but it all depends on the consumer choice.
