Our advanced machines deliver desired results
The custom-built machineries of Brugman Holland are known for reliability, robust construction, low maintenance requirements, ease of operation and value for money. Innovation plays an important role at the Netherlands based company and is always based on proven technologies. Henk-Jan Rohaan, sales manager, talks about the scope of improved design of machines and the showcase at ITMA.

Please tell us more about your company.

Brugman was found in 1954 and has now become one of the world's leading manufacturers of textile wet-finishing equipment. Brugman became a member of the Vanwyk group of companies in 2002. Our head office and production facilities are in the Netherlands, with sales and service centres in China and Hong Kong.

Did you launch any new technologies or show existing technologies at ITMA 2019?

All that we showed are upgrades or addition of software to existing technologies. The software helps the operator to manage the machines better and deliver the desired results over and over again. With the addition of the software, it is now almost impossible to make mistakes while running the machine. There is no possibility of shade variation, when using the machine with the software.

How many countries do you export to?

We export to many countries around the world.

Since when has your company been taking part at ITMA?

I have been visiting ITMA with Brugmann since 1988, and the company since much earlier.

What is your opinion of ITMA, when compared with textile machinery exhibitions?

The biggest advantage that ITMA offers is that we get to meet customers from all over the world in one place. We also get to meet decisionmakers. The ambience is also more relaxed for us as well as for buyers. (RR)
