Job Description
Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and
specifications
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring the adherence
Responsible to customer complaint and work for prevent from reoccurrence
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigating and setting standards for quality to meet customer requirement
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both
national and international level
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems
and process
Determining training and development needs to his subordinates
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
Recording, Analyzing and distributing statistical information and monitoring
performance
Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
Ensuring establishment of ISO 9001 and maintain record
Have basic knowledge of EMS
Good knowledge about excellence tools like 5S, Kaizen, Safety, Problem
Solving and Seven QC Tools etc.
