Job Description
Responsible for managing operations for the Brand SIN in large format stores, like Central, Reliance Trends, Max, Brand Factory in North India.
Analyze secondary sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and coordinate with HO for replenishments at store level, category level to achieve sales targets, sell-through.
Manage and develop front end staff at LFS to deliver monthly and season targets, execute VM guidelines, brand imagery, customer service.
Manage relationship with Store Operations team at front end and coordinate on daily basis to monitor performance of sales staffs.
Coordinate with cross functional teams, especially logistics to achieve shelf fill rates.
Business development tracking LFS performance in respective area and suggest new doors to the Business Head.
Maintain Management Information Reports.
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
Coordination with LFS buyers at respective HO for achieving desired operational goals.
