Job Description
Key Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for timely execution of internal audit in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and functional projects.
Major responsibilities:
Collection of documents & preparation of Plan of internal audit
Adherence to approved internal audit plan of the Business.
To perform audits independently as per plan and as assigned by the management.
Understand current business processes, use flowcharts and analyse to review the existing systems
Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Identify control and processes gaps provide evidential support for report recommendations.
Ensure standard quality of audits and reporting is followed.
Submit periodic summary of observations to the Management
Identify potential for improvement in all business processes
Conduct internal audits at Stores, Regional Office, & Distribution Centers
