Job Description
Direct accountability for end to end recruitment process.
Understanding the organizations plans, objectives and expansion plans to evaluate the required manpower at various Locations and ensuring on time sourcing of quality manpower for various verticals in order to drive efficiencies.
Sourcing of candidates through Job Portals, Head Hunting. Social Media etc
Responsible for managing and ensuring strong performance on time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of candidates.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for critical and recurring roles as well as a branding to various sources of hiring for future employment opportunities.
Monitoring the On-Board Formalities, Induction & Orientation programs for new joinees.
